Chef/owners Bill and Cindy Walz have a passion and love for food. Together they have spent the last 30 years developing a culinary expression that goes far beyond a wonderful dining experience. Our creative talents and love of food have been the inspiration for our many cutting-edge food operations over the years.

With a focus and priority on health and inner wellness we use only the best natural and organic ingredients, locally sourced and masterfully prepared with spices and fresh herbs that will ignite your taste, nourish your mind, feed your soul and be a significant source of up lifting energy that gives you strength.

Your conference culinary package includes:

Opening Night Reception - Light passed hors d oeuvres, Apple cider and Minted tea.

Two days Breakfast - Farm fresh eggs, house turkey sausage, oatmeal bar, assorted gluten free pastries, yogurt and fresh fruits, coffee and tea.

Two days Lunch – Artisan Soup & Salad Buffets featuring local fresh farm greens with assorted toppings and house made dressing, savory soups served with assorted breads and spreads and a sweet ending! 

Dinner – Deluxe Aztec Style Fajita Bar with grilled local beef, chicken and fall harvest vegetables, beans and rice assorted fresh salsas, corn relish and flour and corn tortillas. Fresh greens, tomatoes and avocado. All topped off with Michigan cinnamon apple nachos with house-made caramel sauce and ginger vanilla crème
